Who we are

Fund F is a European early-stage venture capital fund backing gender-diverse founding teams. We invest at pre-seed and seed across Europe, with a focus on DACH, Spain and France. While we are generalist investors, we have a strong focus on ClimateTech and HealthTech.

We back ambitious, technology-driven companies building scalable solutions - from B2B software and AI to marketplaces and deep tech. Fund F has a total size of €28M and invests initial tickets of up to €600k, supporting founders from the earliest stages with high conviction.

Please note: this is a full-time position (40 hrs) with the latest starting date on June 1st, 2026.

How you will contribute to the success of Fund F

Teamwork makes the dream work (cheesy 🧀, but true). You will

Source and screen high-potential startups and founders aligned with Fund F’s investment thesis (market mapping, proactive outreach, ecosystem intelligence)
Support the evaluation of investment opportunities: market research, competitive analysis, business model assessment, etc
Contribute to the due diligence process: commercial, financial, and customer due diligence, reference calls, and key assumption validation
Contribute to preparing investment materials and support decision-making: investment memos, IC preparation, synthesizing insights and key risks
Support the team in executing deals and working with the portfolio (strategically and hands-on)
Attend events to meet startups, co-investors, and partners of Fund F
Join our Fund F events (for portfolio companies and Limited Partners)
Build your network in the VC & startup industry

Who we are looking for

You’re a great match with Fund F if you

already have 1-3 years of experience in VC or as a founder/operator in a startup/scale-up. In the best case, you already have experience in sourcing companies through your network, have supported in DDs before and prepared IC memos
are based in Vienna 🇦🇹 or are willing to relocate (work permit is required)
have started to build your personal network within a startup ecosystem - particularly in regions like Spain, Italy, the Netherlands or the Nordics. Strong ties to one of these ecosystems are a definite plus
are excited to travel and attend conferences, demo days and the like across Europe
are a good communicator with an open mind who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. If you feel comfortable networking and pitching, this fast-paced environment is the right place for you
want to become part of a small core team
are hands-on and willing to jump in to support other team members
are fluent in English 🇬🇧 (writing, reading & speaking)
are excited about new technologies and enjoy working with AI and other tools

What you can expect from us

How to apply

The selection process consists of the following steps:

Apply here: Analyst | Fund F (full-time, asap)
After analyzing your application, we will contact shortlisted applicants for a 20-minute call.
A few days after the call, selected applicants will receive a task with a three-day deadline. This task will be an example of what you can expect on the job. This helps us to assess your skills and allows you to get a glimpse of the role
Once the tasks are done, we will set up a 30-minute video call with both GPs. If there is the need for one more round of interviews after these calls, the 3 most promising applicants will be contacted for another 30-minute video call.
